Podcast: What does it take to differentiate?

I joined The Competitive Enablement Show with Klue to talk about my best and worst stories of trying to differentiate in the market when launching a product, the lessons learned from these experiences, and what it takes to actually stand out in a crowded market full of competitors.

Frame your enemies

You need to give your buyers a villain to turn against, just as much as you need to give them a rational economic incentive. I call this a heart and brain narrative.

‘Minimum viable coordination’
